Currently, he serves as the Managing Partner at Offshore Research Partner (a legal research firm headquartered in Kolkata) and the Principal and CEO at Expert Witness Profiler, LLC (a legal intelligence company based in Evanston, Illinois, USA). He graduated from the prestigious National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in the year 2010 with a bachelor's degree in arts and law.

Aditya Pachisia is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant with 9 year of experience and Practicing under the firm named as Aditya Pachisia & Associates since 2015. He is graduated from St. Xavier's College, Autonomous (under Calcutta University), Kolkata, in the year 2011 with a bachelor's degree in commerce. His areas of practice include Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit and Internal Audit and his professional area of interest are Direct and Indirect Taxes, Accountancy and Company Law.

Roshni Kumari Gupta is an Independent Director of the Company. She is a Company Secretary with 9 years of experience and Practicing as a sole proprietor of the firm named as Roshni K Gupta & Associates. She is graduated from Calcutta University with a bachelor's degree in commerce. Her areas of practice include Corporate Laws, Partnership Laws, Intellectual Property Rights and Legal Advisory for Complex Secretarial, Strategic Corporate Affairs & Issues.

Auggustus Singhal is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a passionate Business Developer with 10 Years of experience. He is an Honors Graduate in Commerce. He worked as Business Analyst, conducted sessions with Stakeholders, engaging with the clients for service issue resolution, managing all summary reports for site control. He also served as Director in reputed companies.
